i went to your restaurant today at 10 am. since it is 2nd day cny, other coffee shop / restaurant still close, so your place was really pack. but i guess since business too good, your service level drop to below sea level. took us ten minutes to get someone to take our order. how do u train your staff? they just dump their order chit and pencil on our table and walk away. we put 2 and 2 together and figured we have to write our own order. after ordering, we waited 15 minutes just for our drinks
?????????what???????????no initiative to check on our order. so we decided to leave and approach the counter. the counter girl dump the bill with the full amount to us. i tell her we didn't eat all these stuff b'cos your food never arrived.
so we wasted 1 morning there with unfriendly staff who gave us bad, bad service.
foodies out there, please boycott this place. not worth it.
