A visit to KK isn't complete without a visit to the Chateau Patisserie. This quaint little restaurent has won allocades of awards before and it would be a shame not to try out their fabulous food....1. Grilled Cod FishFreshly grilled cod fish bathed in warm brown gravy. One bite will leave you wanting to gobble down the whole plate. The servings come in 2 sizes, i ordered the smaller one and totally regretted it. Should have ordered the bigger serving as the fish tasted really good...fresh and succulent. It was served with a generous amount of mashed pumpkin (sweet and savory) and lightly boiled and crunchy green vegetables (for the life of me i don't remember the name of the veggy but they resembled a slim and green version of bean sprouts)2. Beef steakThe sirloin beef steak was tender and well marinated. The chef must have had it cooked for a very long time to achieve such tenderness. It was served with the same brown thick gravy and heaps of mashed potatoes and boiled brocolli and carrots. There was not a single bite left after we finished dinner. It is that good. Definitely a must try.3. Cream BruleeWe forgot to take a photo of the cream brulee...it was my first time trying it..tasted crispy on the top and soft at the bottom.
