Calling out for all fruit cake fans out there. If you would prefer some richer enjoyment, you might want to consider this confectionary which is based on the original recipe of Danish Master Baker. I would say the cake is rather compact with fruits like raisin, walnut, cherries and many more. It is slightly darker in colour compare to other fruit cakes, which is much yellowish in colour. The various texture of the cakes give the fan a very delectable indulgement, and one may also notice there are mild lingering aroma of liquer(am not too sure), which added to the fragrance overall. Else, it could be due to the fermentation by the many times of fruits ingredients. Just take note that it might be tad buttery and sweet kind of dessert, hehe. 繼續閱讀
