河鮮小鎮,馬來西亞朋友帶我過來吃海鮮,話有個蝦好厲害,作為來自咁多海鮮食嘅香港的自以爲食評家,當然要試下。下午兩點幾,太陽曬到不得了,到達餐廳時室內都滿座了,但實在受不了坐外面,等了十分鐘左右就坐到裡面舒舒服服的嘆冷氣。三道菜基本上是同時間上菜的。首先當然試試那個”蝦蛋”(我朋友是這樣叫的)。蝦子算大隻,肉質很札實,新鮮但這蝦本來的肉沒有很甜,蝦頭的膏很多,不錯吃。但整體這蝦半斤五隻,叫價55多馬幣,我覺得不值,或者不應該清蒸就是了。排骨酸酸甜甜的,很好下飯。蠔餅的蠔不過不失,炸得有點洩氣。

排骨酸酸甜甜的,很好下飯。蠔餅的蠔不過不失,炸得有點洩氣。

味蕾突然来敲门

炎热的下午,余先生的马子开着小白跑到了金宝附近的督亚冷去

上几次都选了同乐和美芳,这一次决定换一下环境,来到了美芳隔壁的联芳海鲜楼

上几次经过联芳海鲜楼的时候,有发现到这里室内室外坐满了

让我这个爱吃的更好奇更想过来看看到底魅力何在it's 4pm when we are here

人潮不多,里面有四桌正在用餐

咱们选了室内备有空调的位子

下单的阿姨中气十足!她那把嗓子会让隔壁桌忍不住看了过来

换句话说,你点些什么,室内的人都知道了

花生和面巾如果不要的话可以退回,别以为这是免费的喔peanut RM2

哒啦~~~开餐喽

服务员给咱们端来菜后就问我们要几个饭

我不打算吃米,阿余要一个大待白饭给端来后,解答了我的疑问

原来联芳海鲜楼的饭是用碗盛的

噗噗~够无聊喽咱们俩。居然连这个都要好奇不像一般饭店会提供蒜米辣椒籽

来到督亚冷吃海鲜,要习惯沾辣椒酱来吃

联芳的辣椒酱味道好好喔~

我们还多添了一个小饭碗的辣椒酱

话说这道炸苏东,味道有比隔壁的美芳酒家好

蒜米油麦

酒楼就是这样。不管你两个人是否吃得完,炒出来的份量最小也是一般饭店的四人份

咱俩拼了老命的吃,大虾还没上桌已经半饱乐

幸好我聪明没有要米,隔壁那位已经开始打呃了

掰开那香喷喷的大头虾壳,看看那柔滑的虾膏黄

我的天!精华啊!!craving for one bite after another连卝也不舍得浪费,一一挑出嫩嫩的虾肉来~呵呵咱们点的大虾一共只有六只,其中有两只不新鲜了

其实厨房在处理过程中应该知道这一点了的咯

干嘛还要拿出来卖呢?真是的整餐饭下来,我都很忙 ◐‿◑

忙着拍 忙着吃 忙着让位

老板,你饭桌的距离太近了啦!

隔壁桌那位小姐一下要坐下一下要出去的,弄得我饭吃到一半要跟着她又站又坐的

Deep fried squid. After a half day tour, we were ushered to this Luen Fong restaurant for lunch. Everyone were hungry and eager to have the lunch. This deep fried squid was a simple one. It was being coated with flour and deep fried till golden brown. The coating was very crunchy and it does feel oily after eating it. The squid were fresh and thick pieces. Not a bad dish.

Signature Tofu Minced Meat. It was a big group of us and we had to ordered two pieces of tofu for this dish. It came with minced meat toppings and black sauce. The tofu was being deep fried and the inner parts were soft and smooth. The minced meat was flavourful too together with the black sauce. The black sauce was thick and it was not too salty, just nice. This dish was good.

Steamed Catfish.The catfish was being done the most traditional way - steamed with soy sauce. The catfish was a big one and it was steamed nicely. The fish was soft, tender and sweet. The soy sauce only gave the fish a slight saltiness and it brought out the freshness of the fish. This cat fish does not have any fishy taste at all. We finished it and left with bones only.

Steamed Freshwater Prawns. Everyone was waiting for this dish - steamed freshwater prawns. Once it was served, the freshwater prawns were arranged nicely in a row. The prawns were big and fresh. It was being made with the simplest style - steamed and brought out the freshness. The prawns were juicy and sweet. Everyone gave high praises for this dish. It totally was delicious.
