招牌菜
这里的春锦便当是效仿日本人的便当盒做出来的。这个春锦便当里的饭，炸料，两块寿司和薯泥都是被放置在一个盒子里，盒子里有四个小格子，用来放置各个食物。我特别喜欢里面的薯泥，吃起来带点冷冷的感觉，里面也有参了些萝卜之类的蔬菜，吃起来跟一般在KFC吃到的很不同。其他的就大致上还算不错。

这家座落于jusco后面的日本餐厅，鲜红色的招牌所以不难找。今天没点寿司，反而点了几道铁板烧，猪肉片包金针菇，鳗鱼，鸡肉串 还有章鱼。每一道都很棒，烧得很香，用的酱料也很配，而且也不会油腻。下次可试试其他的。

I find that the food at A Lai is quite decent but their menu is simply like any regular Japanese Restaurant would have. Perhaps they should create a signature dish or something which could differs them.The sashimi and sushi selection was impressive as well, as the other cooked items such as teppanyaki, and mixed bento sets.Their version of California maki where the fish roe is place on the top of the sushi instead being wrapped around the rice layer. Which allow you to bite through the whole chunk of fish roe resulting a greater popping effect from the roe in your mouth
