特意過來安記食雞和沙河粉,這裡環境尚可,一都唔迫,而且室內有冷氣,好過要坐街邊食,這間安記歷史悠久,好多香港明星幫襯過,因老板於店內放了很多同明星的合照它的食物選擇都少我地叫左半隻雞菜園雞, 一碟芽菜,一碟雞雜和兩碗沙河粉,首先隻菜園雞成隻D肉超级滑,好好味,芽菜條條好爽好脆,雞雜主要是雞肝,雞腎,不知道是否我們夜去,所以沒有雞腸和雞心,但都好入味新鮮,而那沙河粉更加一流,超级滑,成個晚餐都好好食,來到怡保真是值得一試 繼續閱讀

点了必吃的芽菜和半只鸡,完全没有jason说的不好吃一说,好吃到爆!!豆芽是我这辈子最讨厌的菜,主要是因为我小学食堂吃太多了,做的也不好吃,就从此憎恨了豆芽,表示这辈子再不碰豆芽了,但是今天完全颠覆了我对豆芽的认知,简直太好吃了,甚至超过了我对那半只鸡的爱。怡保的豆芽全都特别饱满,吃着很有嚼劲,以前吃的豆芽都很瘪,所以我强烈建议来怡保的人不管再讨厌豆芽都要试一试豆芽。鸡的话已经被豆芽掩盖了,中规中矩的海南鸡哈哈。 繼續閱讀

2018.11.24 😊 蜜月之旅 👩‍❤️‍👨【美食篇 - 回歸自然的味道- 安記芽菜雞沙河粉】食在怡保終於來到怡保 印象中是個老舊的城市可是經過1天的停留後卻發現是新舊交替認識這個地方 相信不少人都是因為土產白咖啡吧☕還有數十年歷史的怡保火車站及著名的影視紅星楊紫瓊、朱咪咪、光良走在街道上 建築物充滿殖民地色彩🏛️老實說我們來到怡保只有兩個目的: 芽菜雞 及白咖啡之前在網上找了資料得知安記是挺出名的到酒店放下行李後已急不及待向美食出發剛坐下才發現食店旁邊還有一間老黃都有售芽菜雞客人車水馬龍 亦有一些旅行團光顧 難道我們挑錯店舖嗎?!芽菜雞終於上桌了 跟我想像中的不一樣本以為芽菜雞是「一道菜」 原來是「分開上」的雞對比港式的白切雞算不上嫩口 但在當地來說肉質也叫不錯🐔不過最叫我們驚喜的是芽菜及沙河粉前者芽菜形狀肥美 爽口清甜多汁 跟香港的不太一樣配上特調的豉油汁 簡直要用「必食」來形容另沙河粉湯頭非常清甜 入口滑溜 至今也難以忘記🍜終於知道安記的芽菜雞及沙河粉為何如此著名了安記芽菜雞沙河粉 Onn Kee Restaurant 💌🍚 openrice: yee6192004 繼續閱讀

Ong Kee at Ipoh is famous for the chicken rice ..and at the same street there are two shops of Ong Kee. Though is the same owner but the original one will be the one old house which is not so maintened. As we had our dinner already, we headed to Ong Kee to taste the famous Ipoh Stim Chicken. Both me and dear ordered a quarter chicken to dine as well as the taugeh.Seriously the taste is really very nice. Though some are not chicken drumstick which the meat is smooth, the breast meat of the chicken is also very smooth. is a bit weird where we cant find any chilies on the table for us to mix with the chicken. I think the bos concept is to taste the original taste of the chicken without any chilies. 繼續閱讀
