i hope i'm spelling it right. i don't understand foo chow so i'm not sure it its kam puang or something elsebasically the kampuang is the signature noodle of sitiawan just like how kolok mee is signature to sarawakthe noodle is very bouncy and chewy which i really likeslightly thicker than wantan mee with slight curls like ramen noodlesthe dry kampuang noodle is served like a basic wan tan mee with other ingredients such as pork meat and sotong

basically the kampuang is the signature noodle of sitiawan just like how kolok mee is signature to sarawak
the noodle is very bouncy and chewy which i really like
slightly thicker than wantan mee with slight curls like ramen noodles
the dry kampuang noodle is served like a basic wan tan mee with other ingredients such as pork meat and sotong

ABC kopitiam must have ice kacang right because it's named after this famous local dessertthe ice was shaved really fine and i cannot detect any hard clumps of ice that requires me to chew it just melts in the mouthit isn't that sweet but it's really fragrant because they use gula melakai like it because it doesn't have and overflow of ingredients only the essentials such as cendol, cincau, corn and red beans and topped with some ground nuts

this is a very intersting noodlethis is the first time i try loh mee but it is spicy because it has laksa paste in it as wellit doesn't have like the sardine in laksa but just the spicy tasteit uses the konpian noodles which are basically like wantan mee or egg noodles but thickerthe portion was also exteremely huge and is still relatively cheaper than any noodle you find in KL
