One thing I like about the buffet here is the buffet here are all cook when you order, instead of they prepared everything and the leave it there and you take it. Of all the menu selections, I like the oyster and the black pepper chicken the most. The oyster is very fresh to eat. Everytime I eat oyster, I will first eat with virgin oyster then only dip with tobasco followed by lemon. Eating this way, can ensure you the best quality of the oyster.
