Padang Brown Food Court is a place that can fulfil everyone's craving for foods. It is located at Jalan Perak. This stall sells fried oyster omelette.Fried oyster omeletteFried oyster omelette (oh chien) is one of my all-time favourite hawker food. This stall uses fresh oyster to prepare this dish. The oyster is fried with egg mixture till crispy (outside) and fragrant. It is basted with a special made sauce which is quite "garlicky". It is served with chilli sauce.
