There's a Thai fried ice cream shop named Pink Elephant and they're sold the Thai milk tea too.The process of the fried ice cream is open to public, we able to see how it make. The taste of yam are not so strong, but I can taste the crunchy of the corn flakes which already mixed into the ice cream.
