It is quite authentic as it tasted similar to the one that I tried in Bangkok. The flavour of the fried rice is well balanced and the addition of cashew nuts gives the dish more texture.

There is also a fry egg provided too. The fry egg is half-cooked egg. So, it is very nice to be eaten with the rice.
