History said that the stall humble beginning as a "ko dai" stall which only available when there's show going on. Now they've got themselves a stall here and business getting better within 5-6 years of period.

出名的“摩托车福建面”摊档除了售卖福建面和卤面外,也售有爪哇面和猪脚面。相信这会是唯一的第一次及最后一次机会来品尝这摊档的食物,所以我们决定再多叫盘爪哇面来试试味道。汤汁的色泽比一般我们槟岛看到的浅,里面尤其给放了好多的“老鼠炸”块,还配上了豆干、马铃薯块和炸洋葱末。和槟岛不同之处在于它没有放煎饼。汤汁喝起来也没有酸味,整个汤汁喝起来是甜甜的,那甜就类似我们平常吃到的番茄酱甜味。“老鼠炸”切成一块一块,搭配着甜汤汁,吃起来真的好好吃。这盘爪哇面总算没让我失望。
