This is fish meat steamboat that we had and this time we try different dish and they wasn’t disappoint us at all. It cooked in a claypot and we ordered some of their special dishes to add on to the fish steamboat soup.We ordered the tendon which cost us RM 12. We ordered extra plater of their homemade fish scoop which cost RM10 per plate. It is fresh and there is some vegetables in the fish scoop which add the extra aroma to it . The grouper fish that comes with the steamboat is fresh and so it is worth the price. It cost a total of RM 75 for 3 person and I can say that it worth the quality of the food.

This is one of their side dishes/ snacks that i love –fried dry bean curd that stuffed with fish meat. Different from the normal dry bean curd slices, this is their homemade speciality that stuffed with their fresh fish meat. It just cost RM 5 and you can have it just like that in crispy external or you can choose to dunk inside the soup .The bean curd will become chewy and absorb all the sweetness in the soup after dip inside. A nice snacks to have!

After the success of their first shop in Pulau Tikus, Sawara had their second outlet in Krystal Point. The main focus is on its fish steamboat and homemade Yong Tau Fu where the fish paste is made from mackerel fish. And what’s so special is they make their own fish paste.We ordered the 2 person meals where Sawara it is the small clay pot sliced fish in small size. We are served with the soup and it there are fish paste in it. The soup base is kind of milky with very mild of black vinegar fragra

It is really thumbs up as it is full of sweetness from the soup base. The mackerel fish which is being served in Sawara is also fresh and good. It gets richer as it boils and is perfect to go with some beehoon and rice.

Craving for fresh fish head steamboat but no where to go?Here is a good suggestion for Penang island friends.The food is good, the fish is fresh especially when u dip with their signature homemade chili sauce.They have this homemade"yong tau fu" which include fish balls and meat balls where you can added to your steamboat. There are various side dishes such as their signature 'char siew' and fried dumpling which you can ordered as appetizer.
For drinks i would suggest their home cook Chrysanthemum tea which cost only rm 2 per glass.

The price is rm 45 for a small steamboat which suit 2-3 person and RM 60 for a larger steamboat.
It cost around rm 20-rm 30 per person overall and its quite expensive to me.
The shop is small which means only limited seats available.
Hence its advisable to make a reservation to avoid disappointment.
