标榜中国重庆风味的干捞小面,摊档主人是中国人,听口音也听出了中国口音。干捞小面和本地的干捞面稍有出入,本地的干捞面是用各种调味加高汤混合而成,干也干不完,盘中总会包留些湿酱汁供搅拌;而这干捞小面却是一点湿酱的痕迹也没有,想必是用调味粉调成的。干捞小面吃起来是咸咸的调味料,撒了肉燥、花生、玻璃菜、葱末和白芝麻,另附上了一碗小汤和麻辣蘸酱。味道吃起来还不错,唯对我而言,食材看起来都很道地和现成,所以会觉得普通了些。 繼續閱讀

Discovered this new food court at Paya Terubong thanks to my gf. A lot of stalls here ranging from appetizers to desserts. Walked for a few rounds but still undecided what to order but finally settled for Belacan Fried Rice. Took quite long for it to arrive, maybe a lot of orders. The taste was quite different from what I usually have. It was mainly spicy with not much of the salty belacan taste. My gf says it was nice so it's probably due to the spicy taste that made me not enjoy it. 繼續閱讀
