炒蚝煎是这里的特色,而我也是很喜欢炒蚝煎。这里的炒蚝煎味道吃起来不错,而且蚝给的份量不会太少吃起来很有口感。至于那面粉做到不会太厚而影响到那口感。感觉真的不错。

在槟城蚝煎也是很著名的。今天来到这里air itam的Bee San kopitiam,有许多不同的食物。其中的就是蚝煎。叫了一个与其他朋友分享。蚝煎味道不错的呢。有用鸡蛋来炒,还放了一些调味料,变得很好吃去。

Here's a plate of chao lo bak or fried radish cake. I like that the pieces are smaller so the surface area in contact with the gravy is bigger. However, they aren't too small as I can still enjoy chewing in the pieces. They're not too soft, with a little bounciness to them. Fried with beansprouts, egg and a little chilli, it wasn't too spicy for me and not too salty either.
