Since it was dinner, we decided to have something more heavier, which are the classic cheeseburgers and fajitas with grilled chicken. Washed down alongside with a choice of our drink, the mojito, which we found super refreshing after having a long day.The grilled chicken was perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection. There were 4 slices of warm flour tortillas to accompany the chicken fajitas with grilled peppers and onions. The toppings given were abundant, I especially love the guacamole, salsa and shredded cheeses. The flavours go together very well and portion was really generous. That dish could easily feed at least 3 small eaters.Moving on, the classic cheeseburger, in which we had an option to pick how well we want the beef patty to be cooked. I am not a big fan of fries, and went with the mashed potatoes instead! The portion was just nice for 1 person. The beef patty was extremely juicy from the grilling and seasoning. 繼續閱讀

one of those few places to stop by when you're around batu ferringhi in penang after an evening stroll. We decided to have dinner here. Had the classic burger which is the smaller version of the Hard Rock burger which has beef patty, and we switched the seasoned fries to mash potato and topped it off with a choice of cheddar cheese for an additional RM 4. Pretty decent for an American burger. We also underestimated the size of the Famous Fajitas as the portion size was humongous. Chose the grilled chicken for tonight and it was served with  pico de gallo, Monterey Jack, cheddar cheese,guacamole, sour cream and warm tortillas. really loved this whole combination of adjusting how much goes into ur meal in this. Perfect for sharing. We finished off the meal with a refreshing cup of Mojito which had Bacardi Rim muddled with fresh mint and lime topped with club soda. 繼續閱讀

We decided to celebrate our father's day in Hard Rock Cafe this year. After round of selfies and groupfies as usual, we started to order our main course.We ordered Jumbo Combo as starter which portion served enough to 5 of us that comprised of Signature Wings, Onion Rings, Tupelo Chicken Tenders,Spinach Artichoke dip with Parmesan Flatbread and Bruschetta . It also served together with my favourite honey mustard, hictory barbecue and blue cheese dressing. we then ordered main course New York Strip Steak,Grilled Salmon steak, Grilled chicken Chop Salad and desserts. 繼續閱讀

Hard Rock Cafe Penang is a cafe or restaurant of the hotel offering classic American food.Hickory Smoked Barbeque ChickenHickory Smoked Barbeque Chicken is a Southern style chicken, grilled and basted with the special Hickory Barbeque sauce, served with fries, ranch beans and coleslaw.
