帮老爸庆生的芒果芝士蛋糕。白花造型和贴在蛋糕尾边等青色一片片的都是白巧克力，嫌白巧克力味道过甜。而芒果芝士蛋糕里面主要是由海绵蛋糕构成，上面铺的是芒果味，旁边塞的则是芝士。吃到上面带微甜的芒果jelly味，配上芝士和海绵蛋糕搭配起来的组合，吃起来不会腻也不会很重口味，口感和味道的层次上皆可口。

红绒瑞士卷咬起来口感是绵绵的，并带适度的甜味。超喜爱绵密布丁停留和巴附在舌尖的感觉，等着它慢慢地融化并消逝在嘴里，很好吃就是。

太妃焦糖口味瑞士卷，内有吃到了点点颗粒状的碎粒。维基百科资料显示，太妃糖为西式糖，主要是以焦糖和奶油做成。

Bread History的焦糖瑪奇朵面包。网路上有说瑪奇朵在意大利文指的是烙印，而加了焦糖瑪奇朵就成了甜蜜的印记。这面包闻起来比一般的香，软嫩的面包咬起来，点点甜味就在面包里头，很好吃。

平常吃的面包都是新鲜现烤出炉，那何谓冷冻面包？冷冻面包的用意在于可长时间保存面包和提供便利性，无须烤或蒸，面包退冰即可吃。此外，有说冷冻面包一般会加入天然菌如克弗尔菌和纳豆菌，吃起来即健康又可长期冷冻保存。Butter Milk口味的冷冻面包很香，拆开后面包的香气马上扑鼻而来，面包味道吃起来也还不错。

Bread History是在2003年为Mr Simon所创办。第一间烘培店就开在Prangin Mall，其它分店主要都集中在北马区如槟城、北海、大山脚和吉打等地。有说Mr Simon从事糕点业已达11年，也曾在新加坡的知名糕点公司担任过Chief Baker。这蓝莓竹炭蛋糕的外形，真的是有够炫酷夺彩。把蛋糕切开来，可见内上层镶有被染上浅紫的白cream。单看外形已想把它吃进肚里，味道吃起来也不错。
