i learnt about this 桥头 hokkien mee from a Singapore foodie channel. the host, which i forgot the name highly recommended it. and i have been pestering my friend bring me there before i head back to Malacca.. and so one fine day, he did!to be honest, i highly anticipated it cos it's strongly recommended, although my friend thought it's just so-so. and turned out that, he's right about it. the broth no doubt is very fragrant and flavourful, but i thought it lacks the wow factor. do remember to add in the chili sauce, available at disposal on the table, it provides additional kick to the broth!
