I'm a big fan of egg tart but I didn't get to try portuguese style egg tart before. Until today, I finally got the chance to take a bite on portugeuse egg tart made by Seremban Cakey Siew Pow, and I totally fall in love with it.They actually distribute their products to Malacca and I happened to try their egg tart at Malacca. Besides egg tart, they are selling siew pow, pineapple tart, salted egg puff, kaya puff and etc.Their portuguese egg tart looks super tempting, the perfectly-baked color already gets me drooling. The tart is super crispy, the texture is more like a puff, the outer crust has multiple layers and the inner custard is really creamy and egg-ish. The custard is so moist and it would melt in your mouth.I ended up having two of these and I think it tastes pretty authentic, just like the one you will be able to eat at Macau,HongKong. 繼續閱讀
