Walking around this night market, one thing that I like to buy and then carry with to while walking around is this apam balik. This apam taste delicious because of the crispy skin. Inside of the crispy skin is more than that. There are corns, sugar, and some peanut which make it taste really nice. If you want, you can add on some egg into it too. I like the peanut fragrance flow around my mouth when I eat it.
