This delightful looking sushi is a perfect combination of shredded crabsticks, mayonnaise, flying fish roe, rice & seaweed.The shredded crabsticks are mixed with mayonnaise and place on the rice. A small amount of fish roe is then placed on top of the crabsticks. One serving consist of 2 pieces. Mine was not perfectly done as one of it has visibly less fish roe than the other but not a big issue here. I love both the main ingredients here so it's no surprise that this comes out delicious!
