The only thing I really hate when eating wat tan hor is the pieces of burnt wok removed from the wok or the charred from the wok inside the noodles. Feels disgusted to swallow all that into the stomach. This one here is awesome because they are superbly clean. But that doesn't mean it lack wok heat. Wok heat is still there an the gravy is really smooth. Much to my liking. 繼續閱讀
