This is a traditional chinese dessert, the white fungus sea coconut. The white fungus sea coconut is boiled with Loh Hon Guo. The loh hon gua is a nice fruit that used widely in chinese dessert. The sea coconut was very nice because they were young, not the old sea coconuts. Young sea coconuts were tender and smooth. I also love the white fungus that was a bit crunchy. Not too sweet.
