One of the must-try dish in every Indonesian restaurant is the renowned Indonesian cuisine -ayam penyet.I had one here, which cost RM8.50 each. It served with the sambal sauce and the main feature here is patrons can choose to have it in different level of spiciness. I get to choose from either chicken breast or thigh. It is kind of dissapointed, as the ayam penyet taste is just normal. The chicken is not juicy and tender enough, even though i requested for thigh. There are sweet soy sauce available at the table and you can mix with the sambal for the sweet taste before dip in the chicken. I would suggest to go for other dish instead of ayam penyet
