Tempeh. Of course, for Indonesia cuisine, how could it be without having its tempeh. Actually, I am not a fan of tempeh but I am still willing to try them. The tempeh I had in Indonesia was good but I do not understand why Malaysia tempeh tasted weird. It was the same as Bumbu Desa where the tempeh exerted a strong fermented smell. It was quite a thick piece, and I don't quite like it.
