After the few fried and raw dishes, we were served with the Tai soup, a clear soup with mushrooms, toufu, some clear-like noodles and the fish itself. "Tai" in Japanese also refer to Snapper Fish, the 'King of Fish' in Japan. The tai soup had a clear and fresh taste and went well with the soft and fresh snapper fish.
