I'm very surprised at how delicious this vegetable rice bowl is. I forgot what exactly it's called, but it had something along the lines of "minced mushrooms" in the name, and there's a lot of that. The mushrooms were meat-like in taste and texture, except a bit bouncier and a bit saltier.The vegetables (brocolli, cauliflower) were fresh and cooked just right, such that they're crunchy but not raw, and tastes natural. They don't include MSG in their food. Serving size was also very big.
