For our vegetable dish, we choose the Hong Kong Kai Lan. The Hong Kong Kai Lan was stir fried in garlic and salt. Look at the beautiful green color of the vegetables. They were fresh and crunchy. I love the kai lan so much. It looks a bit oily but in truth, it doesn't taste oily. Some chinese wine was added to the vegetable to give the extra boost of flavors. Always enjoy a good stir fried vegetable dish.
