Mun Kee Fish Head is well known for their Steam Head no doubt what was named. They have few branches opened in Klang Valley and this is the new branch they opened recently. This is not a new unit however a took over from previous restaurant, no renovation, just replace with the new signage only.This is my first visit after they have opened for 2 weeks, surprisingly the restaurant was pretty full as I thought I was very early today. Of course, order Steam Fish Head is a must here. I have chosen the Housemade sauce, made of bean paste, chilli etc. Tasted flavourful, spicy and the fish was fresh and sweet. Braised Ginger Chicken, this is an ordinary dish but the taste is extra ordinary. I like the strong aroma of gingery flavour. The portion is decent also I like the chicken to be chopped into small pieces. This is my must-order dish- Claypot Salted fish pork slices. Very good fragrant of salted fish, spicy and pork slices was well coated with caramelize sauce. Yummy! As for vegetable, we have Green Dragon Vegetable青龙菜 where this vegetable usually available at restaurant. I want it to be cooked plain, simple and sweet dish. Overall foods are satisfying, moreover the price is reasonable too. Is worth a try!
