Red Bean Pau

Comes the first day of the lunar month of September, where this temple would be serving some tasty vegetarian fare at his canteen behind the temple. As more crowd is expected during the weekend, so I went there early to get a hand on some delish spread. Amongst them is the assorted bun or pau sold. The red bean pau, being my favourite of recent years, seems a good try over here. The paste is made of blended red bean that resulted in a smooth and natural sweetness of the bean. At least I know it’s made of real beans instead of synthetic flavouring. The twisted dough is fluffy and the reddish paste is also finely tickling the taste bud.
