POOR SERVICE in addition to BAD FOOD @ Bangsar S

Went there today for lunch with colleagues to the Bangsar South outlet. I ordered Curry Laksa but the taste was bad and I was given a half-cooked chicken drumstick! When I alerted the workers about it, THREE of them came over to look at the chicken and one of them finally said "I will inform the kitchen".. And then guess what, not a single apology, no replacement and worst of all I still had to pay for the 10% service charge although I would rate the service as PITIFULLY POOR in addition to BAD

I had an utterly bad experience dining in this premise. Definitely gonna discourage my other colleagues and friends from dining here !
