overall environment and food are good, however waiter n waitress were not well trained. for eg, we asking to send cake to the table, one of the waitress said they did not provide send cake service. if we just spend few dolar and ask for extra cake delivery to our table, I do not mind to carry the cake myself to the table, and when we ask for lighter, the same waitress just respond she did not have and walk away. It is a simple request but the staff could not perform this basic service,it totally

It is a simple request but the staff could not perform this basic service,it totally ruined our dining experience. they did not deserve to collect service tax by providing this poor service.
