Be Lohas is definitely gaining popularity because of their innovative and creativity. Local dishes such as nasi lemak is a staple diet in every Malaysian and it is crucial to make these dishes nice to eat even if it means eating organic and vegetarian food. The nasi lemak a colorful one. The coconut rice is substitute with brown rice. There was the red sambal, and the curry rendang. The curry rendang was artificial vegetarian meat but it doesn't taste artificial at all. Taste wise, i love them.
