Mutton Vindaloo. The mutton vindaloo consisted of green pepper and onions. It looked very promising when it was served to our table. The spices that were used to cook the mutton was thick and strong. The texture was moist and quite spicy. The mutton was very tender and it has absorbed the taste of the spices. I enjoyed this dish a lot. It was nice to dip with naan or roti.
