The mini dumpling, or gao zhi in Tang House of Fishball was just so-so. They do look pretty cute, small and we were able to eat one in a single mouthful. However, I thought that the skin was a bit thick. I would have preferred that pan-fry it longer to get the brown crispiness on the skin. Some vinegar and julienned ginger was given to complement the dumpling, but the ginger was quite meagre. The filling was OK, quite juicy but rather small. Priced at RM6 for 8 pieces, it was a decent amount to
