Minced pork ball set. The minced pork ball set is another signature dish in this restaurant. It came in two big pieces of minced pork balls, actually is huge! The minced pork balls were deep fried. The breaded coating was slightly crunchy. The minced pork fillings were soft and not too salty. Overall, the minced pork balls were tender and I almost could not finish it.
