The stall that sells pan mee also sells mee suah. The mee suah is not the soft one. This mee suah has already been deep fried to golden brown and crispiness. The mee suah will be cooked in a sauce similar to the sauce for Cantonese noodle. The eggy and starch sauce is thick and flavorful. There were lots of ingredients such as pork slices, fish balls, fish cakes, and vegetables in the dish.
