Definitely a joyful day for me, for I have found another nice place to get a decent plate of Lei Char Rice Anyway, this greenish fare still pose as a great challenge to many of my peers still, hehe.As for me, has been an avid fan for this recipe ever since I tried it for the first time. Anyway, this greenish fare still pose as a great challenge to many of my peers still, hehe.

As for me, has been an avid fan for this recipe ever since I tried it for the first time. The soup of course, is an acquired taste where you get to taste and learn to appreciate the zestfulness of the Ler Char. It’s actually pretty grassy but subtle as the tea herbs have been grounded finely in such a way that you could just add hot water to the paste to prepare this soup. There is also some dashes of white sesame that has futher added some fragrance into the nutritious soup.
