It came piping hot with ingredients such as sliced tofu, pork belly, kimchi, spring onions, onions and oyster mushrooms. The broth was quite thick, spicy and packed with punch, but a little close to the perfect kimchi jigae from Da Sa Rang in my books. I spotted minced garlic in the broth and chilli powder, which gave fragrant and extra kick. I will prefer if leaner pork belly slices were added instead most of them contained more fats. Overall it was quite a good Korean stew.
