This is not my first time visiting Jogoya but I always come back for their fresh sashimi, sushi and New Zealand Natural Ice Cream. Other than that, Jogoya offers a really wide spread of buffet with lots of dim sum, japanese steamboat, grilled food, soup and many more. The sushi selection is very wide, and all of them are freshly prepared by the chefs in front of the customers. I enjoy their japanese rice which is firm yet not overly sticky.
For the sashimi, most of the time it is fresh, and the thick cuts reveal its sweet juiciness. A dip into the wasabi and soy sauce will enhance its flavours, keeping it to have a slightly sharp finishing flavour.張貼
