Jin Xuan Hong Kong Dim Sum is probably the most popular dim sum shop in town, because of its affordable price and large portion of food. The varieties are not very extensive but the few popular ones are good enough to satisfy me. They have the softest char siew bun that I have ever had. I love the very delicate texture, and the bun is quite huge compared to other dim sum shop. The pork taste is very rich, and the sweet thick sauce is very deep in flavour. The pork taste is very rich, and the sweet thick sauce is very deep in flavour. The only downside here is the crowd, because I have to queue up during weekend to secure a seat.
