Basically, Ho Poh Rui Cha 河婆擂茶 is served with a bowl of white rice, then topped with various healthy ingredients. The ingredients are chopped celery, spinach, coriander, basil leaves, mint leaves, long beans, pickled radish, roasted groundnuts and few others.
Vegetarian and non-vegetarian Ho Poh Rui Cha are available here. The non-vegetarian will have an additional portion of small dried shrimps.
There are two recommended ways to taste it, 1) pour the Rui Cha hot soup, mix well and consume together with rice and its ingredients;
