This hakka marble is typical hakka style of food, the marble is very tender, it is hand made and there is two type, either the yam or pumpkin type, it is fried together with mushroom, black fungus, minced pork, cuttlefish slices, spring onion etc. The taste is really unique and good, the size is just nice for one bites and tender, also nice to chew.
