Sukiyaki has been my must-order dish whenever I try out new Japanese restaurant. Watami has no execption. Gyuniku sukiyaki Nabe – the sukiyaki pot came with beancurd, Chinese black mushroom and needle mushroom, cabbage and beef slices. The broth has the essence of all ingredients and it was sweet. The beef slices were well-balanced with fats and lean meat; they were tender after a few “squishes” in the hot pot. I did not taste any saltiness for this dish.
