ying ker lou is located inside the pavilion kuala lumpur.It's somewhere at bukit bintang.Ying ker lou is a hakka style restaurant that offer wide variety of true hakka dishes.This is the rice wine chicken.Very nice i would say.The soup is so tasty and fragrant.The rice wine taste is so strong and taste really nice.It look like very oily,but actually it's not. The chicken is so tender and juicy.It also have a strong taste of rice wine on it.Can't stop eating the soup and the chicken.Really like
