This place is pretty famous for it's tai chow and come during dinner time, you will have to wait for a pretty long time to get a table. Service is quick though the place was a bit hot and stuffy. The picture above is half a fish head cooked with garlic sauce. The garlic is chopped finely and steamed together with the fish head. The garlic gave the sauce a burning sensation and excites the palate even more.
