Once the curry fish head in claypot was served, the rest of the dishes came fairly quickly. The next item that came was the fried foochok. I enjoyed this immensely. The foochok skin was crispy, without being too oily. The filling of pork, bits of carrots, chopped leeks and spring onions reminded me a bit of the lor bak in Medan Selera SS2. There weren't any accompanying sauce, but that was fine because the fried foochok itself was quite juicy. Definitely recommended!
