I had a great pleasure in tasting the food U-cafe provided on 24 March. I think the salmon in some dishes were a bit hard because I expected them to be tender and juicy but the flavour was nice. There were too many meat-based food and it would have been better if more vegetables were added. I liked the salad and the dressings and I like the concept of letting the diners to choose how much dressing they wanted to add.
