Fish paste thin noodle. That day I was feeling quite lazy to eat fish with bones, so I opted for fish paste instead. I took the thin noodle and it somewhat tasted better than the thick one, as it as springy. There were quite a few pieces of fish paste in it and springy too. The broth was milky and slightly salty due to the "ham choy" added. I like it together with some peppery taste.
