Fish ball noodle soup. The noodle soup came with vegetables, vegetarian fish, fu chuk, fish balls and minced vegetarian meat. The soup was clear but it was strong with essence of the ingredients, the saltiness was just nice. The ingredients were a lot too and I like the stuffed fu chuk especially. The vegetarian minced meat added some chewy texture to the noodles.
